Allied's Chaplaincy Services: Always making time to care

Christian values are the foundation upon which the Allied family of companies conducts its business. And while the Company never forces or coerces any employee in spiritual matters, these same Christian values have been at the core of this company for more than sixty years.

Guiding principles such as absolute integrity, high ethical standards, honesty, unselfishness, high morals and caring for others are characteristics found in the founders and leaders of the Allied family of companies. It was from this background and a deep concern and caring for employees that the chaplaincy program was started more than thirty years ago.

The chaplaincy program was begun as a way to help employees with any number of personal issues. A chaplain is assigned to each terminal and ministers on a weekly basis. A chaplain is on call whenever and wherever needed.

A nondenominational counseling service to employees and their families, the chaplain's role is primarily preventive, helping employees function both on and off the job.
